iPad and iPhone not syncing

I have installed Joplin on Windows 10 Pro and am using version shown below
Joplin 2.12.15 (prod, win32)

Sync Version: 3
Profile Version: 43
Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: 2d26332

I am syncing with Dropbox and this has worked successfully with the version of Joplin I have installed on my macbook Pro.

However the sync is not working on my iPhone 14 Pro (IOS version 16.6.1) or on my iPad Air (5th generation (IOS version 16.6.1)
I believe the version of Joplin I have on my iPad and iPhone is 12.12.2
