Interface request: Search box

If I’m the only one who’s done this I’ll withdraw the request, but:

I have accidentally retitled a LOT of my notes by typing a search term when I think the cursor’s in the search box.

I don’t have a specific solution in mind, but here are some thoughts, in order of personal preference:

  1. Consider moving the search box to the upper right hand corner of the page.

  2. Consider a confirmation when someone changes the title of a note (“Are you sure you want to rename this note? - [ ] Yes, rename - [ ] No, search for this topic instead”)

  3. Place a strong, brightly-colored border around the search box.

  4. Other ideas?

On which OS is it? On macOS, there’s already a brightly-colored border around the active text field.

Windows 10. The search box has a bright hightlight when the cursor has focus, but the note title box has the exact same behavior. Having two updateable fields so close is the issue, I suppose.
