I’ve been really enjoying the highlighting support with the “Enable ==mark== syntax” plugin. One small pet peeve is that the Ace editor doesn’t recognize it as a token, so it doesn’t have any syntax highlighting in the primary editor.
@laurent would you be interested in Joplin supporting extended syntax highlighting rules to support this behavior? I opened a small spike in a draft PR so you can see how that could look: https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/pull/2100
