Indicator for URL field

Hi,

I found that the URL origin information is stored in the note properties (“i” symbol)

Feature request : somehow change the icon when some URL information is available to let the user know about the availability of such information. Basically the same argumentation as for the tags.

Formerly I used to add the referer URL at the top of my notes.
