Imcomplete sync

I downloaded Joplin about 1 week ago and playing around with it before converting, and pleasantly surprised how great it is. Thank you for developing this.

So here goes:

I downloaded a few smaller Notebooks from Evernote and installed them on the Desktop version (on Windows 10 Home v 10.0.19045 build 19045 on a Lenovo x64 PC-Laptop

Then setup the sync to my Dropbox and provided authorization and everything worked well.

Si, I then installed Joplin on my iPhone XS Max with iOS 16.6
and synchronized it with Dropbox - everything worked fine

Today, I did the same for my main Notebook (much larger 213MB, with over 1,031 notes) and it sent an error message that I can't find. All the notes are there and Tags synced also, so everything looks good but it's not syncronizing completely. it was hanging with 21 'deleted remote items'

Before posting this I enabled debugging as suggested, adding the flags.txt file, closed and reoped Joplin. It went through the whole sync again and not yet finished but showing:
Created remote items: 1387. (up to 1663 and still increasing)
Updated remote items: 56. (not changing)
Deleted remote items: 21 (not changing)

The iPhone is showing this message below Synchronize
Completed: 21/08/2023 22:40 (2s)
Last error: Error: Cannot acquire exclusive lock because the following clients have a sync lock on the target: (1#eebaff5136b04acea4236a78ad9e5ccd)

And, 1 issue is reported:
A page or script is accessing at least one of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform. Starting in Chrome 101, the amount of information available in the User Agent string will be reduced.
To fix this issue, replace the usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform with feature detection, progressive enhancement, or migrate to navigator.userAgentData.
Note that for performance reasons, only the first access to one of the properties is shown.

I am using:

Joplin 2.11.11 (prod, win32)

Client ID: eebaff5136b04acea4236a78ad9e5ccd
Sync Version: 3
Profile Version: 43
Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: 6886f6f

Email Note: 1.2.2
Emoji: 1.0.4
Favorites: 1.3.0

Hope this helps you find the problem.. I am going to bed but will review this tomorrow for a possible update.

Thanks a bunch, Philippe

The notes ended up synchronizing. It just took a very long time and despite what seemed to be an error message, everything seems to be there and it synchronized across iPhone and iPad as well as from the Desktop app.
I gave myself 2 weeks to terminate Evernote before my annual renewal, and it certainly appears it will happen sooner.
I am not using Evernote from now on!
Thank you so much for developing this wonderful software.
