I can't click the links at all!

Joplin 2.9.17 (prod, darwin)
I can't click the links.
If I edit.
If I look for the toggle button for a viewer.
It shows me linkified text, but it just acts like normal text when I press down with my pointy finger.
Help.

Try pressing crtl while clicking.

Cmd (the clover key) works on my MacBook Air.
