I changed my phone, installed Joplin and attempted to synchronize the data with my dropbox account. I followed the instructions, but at the end ofcthe synchronization process the message is "synchronization completed" but my notes are not available on the phone, only the default notes are present.
I noticed that jopil requires the autorization to the archives. I went to the phone configuration (app>authorizations) but the "archive" is not available, only photo and video, camera, microphone, position and notifications are possible. Is photo and video the same as "archives"?
Please note that Joplin does not have a background sync on mobile devices. When Joplin is closed, sent to the background or the device is put into sleep (display off), the sync is interrupted.
Therefore, you might want to disable your phone's autosleep settings to get first initial sync done
I do not have the autosleep on.
I joticed that on my previous phone the autorization to access the files was granted, on this phone this option seems not to be available: i have joplin autorized to camera access, photo and videos, position, but I do not have the possibility tibgra t the access to "files". It seems a serious issue. However, evernote works with the same setting. From the screenshot you can see that it syncronized twice the default notes.
