What issue do you have?
my Joplin runs on a windows 10 laptop syncing to onedrive. I tried to add a user as an additional profile syncing to same onedrive but found the added profile can see all of my notes so I deleted this added profile. How can I add 6 more separate users who will have their own private notes running joplin on either android tablets or android phones most of the time and ocassionally on windows laptop? Their joplin will also need to sync to the same onedrive I use.

Unfortunately, this is impossible. In other words, you need to use a separate OneDrive account for each profile. The only other method would be to use file system sync set to different paths inside OneDrive but then you would only be able to sync your notes between desktop machines (as the mobile OneDrive app doesn't actually store files and folders on the disk offline in a way that could be accessed with Joplin).
@tomasz86 Thank You. I added 6 more separate users as additional profiles on Joplin windows 10 laptop, so we have Seven total: Mine + 6 additional users. Each profile syncs to its own separate one drive. Each user has their own private notes running joplin on android tablets and/or android phones.
Now that we have seven separate private notes, How do we share one notebook or one note across all seven users?
I don't think you can share notes between profiles. As far as I know, the only way to actually share notes is by using Joplin Cloud (which is a paid service).
Sharing notes is only supported when syncing with Joplin Cloud or Joplin Server. Joplin Cloud is a paid service, while Joplin Server is an application server (available for free via a Docker image) but you have to host it yourself
