How to load a PDF viewer in the rich text editor?

I found that when opening the markdown editor, there is a PDF preview in the rich text editor.

But when you turn off the markdown and only use the rich text editor, you won't see it.

How can I load a PDF viewer in the rich text editor?

Mouse : left clic

"ouvrir" (french) = "open" => It will open your pdf file into you pdv viewer (acrobat, Sumatra, etc.)
