How to find the items that cannot be synchronised and then switch from OneDrive to Nextcloud?

I've been using a different note-taking app for the last few months. Now I want to use Joplin again. When synchronizing on Windows I now get the following message:

When I click on "View them now" I see the following:

For example, if I search for the first ID in Joplin, I can't find a note. Where could the problem be and how can I solve it?

The problem exists in Joplin 2.12.18 on Windows 11 Pro 22H2. I don't see any issue in Joplin 12.12.3 on iOS 17.0.3 and Joplin 2.12.18 on MacOS 11.5.2. I synchronize via OneDrive, but would switch the synchronization to Nextcloud,

This usually happens when switching sync targets, and the data was not fully synced with the previous target. If retry doesn't work you might want to restore from backup

Thanks for the quick reply! I may have tried changing the sync destination, but I'm not sure anymore. Unfortunately there is no backup.

What do I need to consider when changing the sync target, other than making a backup first this time?
