High Computer Resource usage

I am running a Core i 7 with dedicated Graphics 4 GB, 16 GB RAM
but
My Joplin installation seems to be consuming alot of RAM, as well as significant amount of processing resources, i am not sure what could be causing it.
i dont have a significantly huge number of notes

the main error i can see on debug is

This is a known issue with this particular plugin (untagged). I think it has been fixed in the latest version so check if there's an update you can install.
Or disable the plugin.

LAos, i noticed Joplin Notes tabs also has a somewhat similar issue.

I have unisntalled Both plugins, and it seems Joplin is now working almost fine.

better now i can open Joplin Notes in peace. i was ealier on even afraid to open and use the app.
