I use Joplin with the webclipper to clip and save web pages. It's awesome. I save many articles each day. Thanks to all who have contributed to make it so useful.
There are a three things that would make it even more useful for me.
-
Webclipper option to save without pictures (text/links only)
Pages with lots of pictures take up an inordinate amount of storage and don't add value, at least for me. -
Webclipper option to capture the URL of the page at the top or bottom of the clip.
I like to save the text of a page as well as the link for future reference. Currently I have to copy the URL, clip the page, go to the note in Joplin and paste in the URL. -
Keyboard shortcuts in Web Clipper
It takes several clicks to choose the clipping method and folder to save in Joplin.
Anyway, that's what would be useful to me. Maybe these additions would be useful to others as well.
Again, thanks for making Joplin so useful!
