[Feature request] Opening URLs like joplin://xxxxxxxxxxxxx

When I export to HTML format a note that hash internal link to another note, in the HTML file appears a link similar to joplin://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
When I click on that link, nothing happens.

How can I get that when I click on it Joplin started and showed the original note?
