Joplin handles embedded PDFs (and links to those PDFs) nicely. It would be nice to have finer granularity to link to a page or a bookmark in the PDF. Example use-case: a Joplin link to a specific section of a software spec or a table of a user-manual. My current work-around is to add links to the top of the PDF for the various points of interest.
