Hi,
Could someone help me to understand this error ?
Thx !
Diego
unfortunately I am unable to solve your problem, but I suppose you will get help, if you follow the guidelines for support requests
[SCROLL AND READ BEFORE POSTING]
[…]
For other support queries please indicate:
The version you are using. LATEST VERSION is not a version number!
If it is a sync issue, please let us know what you are syncing with.
If you report a problem with upgrading, please let us know both versions (from/to).
If you report a problem with the editor, please tell us which editor you are using (WYSIWYG/Markdown).
The operating system you are using.
If you can also please provide a log, as described here: How to enable debugging | Joplin
Posts that do not at least state the version number and operating system will not be answered.
Yeah, you're right, thanks @Wimvan !
So, I'm using Joplin on 3 devices :
v7.2.7 on Android 11,
v2.7.14 on Manjaro 21 - Xfce 4.16,
v2.7.15 on Win10.
The problem appears on both Android and Linux but not on Windows, witch syncs without alarm.
The data is on a webdav server.
Any suggestion will be welcome !
Diego
Complement :
The error doesn't refer to the same resource on Android (above screen) and Manjaro's (under). Both referred resources do not exist on the webdav server.
Is this a NextCloud WebDav server? When yes, this error occurs there again and again because of a corrupted NextCloud database. Just search here or in the NextCloud forum.
Hi @JackGruber ,
Thanks for yoir answer but no, it's a synology webdav server, version 2.4.3.
Is the resources folder available on the synology?
Is the mentioned file available on the synology?

bug
Hi there,
I receive the following Error message, if there is somewhere a new … Picture in a note:
`Created remote items: 1.
Completed: 14.03.2022 09:50 (24s)
Last error: Error: PUT .resource/339384c895e8427e9c4020339937166d: Files cannot be created in non-existent collections (Exception Sabre\DAV\Exception\Conflict) (409): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <d:error xmlns:d="DAV:" xmlns:s="http://sabredav.org/ns"> <s:exception>Sabre\DAV\Exception\Conflict</s:exception> <s:message>Files cannot be created in non-existent collections</s:message> </d:error>`
I can't synchronize after that and have to remove the file "339384c895e8427e9c4020339937166d" in this case.
The used Version is:
Joplin 2.7.14 (prod, win32)
Client ID: 47db53fee7044b8b810e689d22bc5688
Sync Version: 3
Profile Version: 41
Keychain Supported: Yes
Revision: 75cc9d7
But I receive the same Error on my mobile:
Joplin 2.7.2 on Android 11
## Steps to reproduce
1. Insert a Picture in a note
2. Click 'synchronize'
3. Get the Error above
## Describe what you expected to happen
Only that the sync works like before this :)
Could you please upload the complete debug log.
That's it : there is no .ressource folder on the webdav. Any way to restore it ?
Thanks @JackGruber : I restored a proper backup with .ressource and everything's back. No idea why it has been flushed ...
