A 507 error points to a problem with the web.de webdav server, rather than the Joplin client.
507 Insufficient Storage (WebDAV; RFC 4918)
The server is unable to store the representation needed to complete the request.
In a recent similar question on this forum it appeared that the user had reached the quota limit set by the server owners.
