What issue do you have?

My notes are a hierarchy of folders/notes. Can Joplin show the folders and notes in a single tree view instead of separated folders and notes views?

Joplin has fundamentally both folders and notes. It's a different philosophy than zim or OneNote. I don't think you can change it, it's more like Obsidian
