What issue do you have?

Hello,
Due to continued sync issues with Joplin cloud, I've been forced to move to OneDrive, which works much better but does not support email forwarding or notebook sharing, both of which I enjoyed using.
Now though, I'm experiencing attachment conflicts. I have the "conflict resolution" plugin installed but am unsure how to proceed?
Any advice?

How did you switch your sync target to OneDrive? Did you change your existing profile to connect to OneDrive?

If that was the case, it would be better to do a jex export of all your notes, remove the Joplin / Graph folder from your OneDrive, then import the jex backup into a new profile and connect that to OneDrive

yes, I switched my existing profile from Joplin Cloud to Onedrive. Ideally, I'd like to get Joplin cloud working the way Onedrive is; error free!
Does anyone have any tips on how best to do that?
Would someone from support be willing to see if there are errors in my account, as the sync issues affect multiple devices.

I made a suggestion for a possible resolution in my previous reply. Do you require more detail of how to do that?

My guess is because you are using your existing profile, part of the issue you had on Joplin cloud is being brought over to OneDrive as well

On second thought, my suggestion was maybe a bit heavy handed. Considering you have got your existing profile to sync ok with OneDrive aside from the attachment issue, you could try something on just one of your devices, rather than deleting everything and starting afresh from an export.

On Windows, in the file menu there is a manage profiles option. From there, create a new profile and switch to it. Then connect sync to your OneDrive account and see if everything syncs correctly and without the attachment issue. You could alternatively try doing the same thing with your Joplin cloud account instead (create a new profile and connect sync to Joplin cloud), but if that doesn't solve it then be sure to try it with OneDrive as well and to name your profiles appropriately, so you remember which is which.

If either of those options resolves your issue (and you have verified all of your data is still in tact), then you can repeat this on your other devices. Then if you are satisfied everything is working correctly, you could then delete the old profiles if you wish.

i'm still encountering thisissue. All my other data syncs just fine. Also, Joplin cloud on my notetaker never finishes syncing. I have the pre-release version on there. On my iPhone, i can't save to Joplin from the web because the app crashes when I attempt to tap on it.

Have you attempted what I suggested in my last post?
