Copy-and-Pastes as an image not text

  • The operating system you are using. Mac 10.14.6 (Mojave)

Why is it that when I copy text from Microsoft PowerPoint that it becomes an image in Joplin instead of text when I use the shortcut Command+V, but when I right-click in Joplin and choose paste it is text?

If anyone here is going to be able to help you you will need to give a bit more information such as, but not limited to,

  • copy & pasting what?
  • copy & pasting into Joplin or from Joplin?
  • using what Joplin version?
  • using what OS?

Sorry I'm new to Markdown and the details were hidden apparently, I embedded my input inline with the default template when creating a new support message.

It is when copying into Joplin from MS PowerPoint.
