Conflicts folder gone on desktop?

For some reason, I'm missing my "conflicts" folder on desktop (Windows 10). They appear as usual on my android client, so I don't believe it's a sync issue, but something I've done with the desktop client.

The folder should only show if you have conflicts on that specific device as far as I'm aware. Did you simply clear all the conflicts?

I've got conflicts on the android device, so there should be conflicts on the windows client as well, I imagine.

I don't think conflicts are synced across devices
