Checkbox for note name

Is there any way to not show a checkbox in front the the note name. It seems to me that it really serves no purpose and I'd like to not see it?

Notes have no checkbox, only todos.
The checkbox is to mark the ToDo as done.

1 = ToDo
2 = Note

Thanks, I understand all of that and do appreciate your responses. The issue I have is the I create a todo and in that todo I have a list of things with check box's, I don't need the check box on the title.

I hope that screenshot makes it and that it makes sense.

Just create a note then, it can also contain checkboxes inside.
