Can't see Joplin configuration

I am using joplin in dev mode and following this tutorial . In this tutorial ,i am not able to install the plugin coz i cant see any configuration option anywhere in joplin.

someone plz guide

Hi, you need to add the plugin path in

Tools > Options > Plugins > Show Advanced Settings

Paste the path in the input box, then hit apply and restart.
