What issue do you have?

I upgraded Joplin from version 3.2 using the Joplin-Setup-3.5.12.exe installer.
Before the upgrade, my original Joplin installation was located at D:/Joplin, and my notes were stored in D:\Joplin\notes. During the upgrade, I noticed a prompt indicating that it detected my existing installation location and proceeded with the upgrade there (in previous upgrades, it would install to the C drive by default, and I would then manually replace the files to the D drive to complete the process—this time was different).
After the upgrade finished, I launched Joplin using the shortcut I set up, which runs D:\Joplin\Joplin.exe --profile "D:\Joplin\notes". When I opened the app, I found that all my previous notes were gone. Additionally, the zip cold backups I had stored in the D:\Joplin folder are also missing. I’m not sure if the upgrade overwrote or cleared the files during the replacement process. I’m very worried right now.

You claim that the sync target you are using is file system sync, but the path you specified is what you are pointing the Joplin profile to. What is the path which you specified for the file system sync in Joplin?
