Add a "shortcut to notes" zone in sidebar

The "aaa" tag does not help for shortcuts to tags.
There is a feature request for favorites: Concept | Add | Favorites: Tags / Notebook and Recents: Notes
Perhaps you should mark this request as duplicate and add "likes" to the other request...
