Wouldn't it be cool if we could put separators into the menu bar?

Like on the bookmarks toolbar of Firefox, sometimes a separator is easier on the eyes than a folder structure

You mean in the sidebar, that's where you'd want to add separators?

The existing sidebar works for me, affording minimal dead space and contextual titles which separators lack. Also, I haven't seen any other editor nor plugin that mixes folders with separators. As for what sidebar feature would be much easier on my eyes, that would be custom sort.
