Very slow download when using the install_and_update.sh
I got only 1% in about 40 minutes (see screenshot)
What can i do?

This is probably just GitHub being temporarily slow. It might work if you try again later.
I'm not sure if you are from germany, but from 1&1 and Telekon nearly all Amazon S3 services extrem slow since a few weeks 
For all Downloads from GitHub I use a VPN.

Yes i'm in germany. Its slow for me also for a couple of weeks.
Unfortunately i dont have a VPN yet.
