V3.1.22 desktop is flaky and worrisome

What issue do you have?

Today I updated to v3.1.22 on both of my desktop computers.
I am having very worrisome issues with it, on both my computers.
(One is Windows 10, one is Windows 11).
The cursor has started disappearing often when I try to edit a note, especially if I enter a blank line.
At some point, I was unable to delete text from a note.
Now I cannot access the icons in the toolbar.
And now I cannot edit at all.

I find if I switch to the Rich Text Editor, I can edit again. But I am not used to that editor and it seems to lack some functions. Plus it shows a caution that it "has a number of limitations."

How can I get this all fixed?

I had the same issue with the disappearing cursor on Windows 11. I ended up reinstalling 3.1.20.

Could you please try v3.1.23? It should address the disappearing cursor issue
