I want to uninstall Joplin. I tried to delete the folders in .config in root but the icon appears in the search and when I click the icon the application opens again.
How do I completely delete Joplin ?

Remove the ~/.joplin folder and the .desktop file from ~/.local/share/applications
If you first installing it using Ubuntu Software (I'm using lubuntu btw), you probably need to uninstall it using that application instead of deleting the folder.

Did you install it via snap or flatpak?
If you did you need to remove it that way.
