My windows installation of Joplin syncs to the cloud via DropBox. Inside Joplin, I deleted the wrong note. It doesn’t look like there is an option to Undo the deletion. I made my first JEX backup, shut down Joplin, and then restored the deleted file from the DropBox interface. I moved the file out of DropBox before restarting Joplin. Joplin works great, I just want to get the data out of my recovered but encrypted file. It’s just text data, no images, 14KB.
I read some references to the CLI version being able to do this via joplin e2ee decrypt-file /path/to/crypted but how would I unencrypt a single file using my Windows install?
