What issue do you have?

When "spell checker" is enabled and "English (United States of America)" (or any other flavor of English) is used, the spelling errors are not highlighted.

From the screenshot, it looks like the Markdown editor is enabled. Does enabling "Enable spell checking in Markdown Editor" in the "General" tab of settings help?
