What issue do you have?

All text and buttons from toolbar dissapeared, just gray field and date selector is inactive. I tried to reinstall the program, but have no luck

Please try to remove any custom CSS (if you've been using any). If that doesn't help, then you can try disabling the plugins one by one (or all at once, and then re-enable them individually) and see if there's any difference after doing so.
