Testing - v1.8.2 - Title Bar Path Format (Minor)

This change needs to be added because these problems would be solved:

  • Time tracking and screen reader apps don't work properly without accessible, contextual window titles.

  • Users needing version number or using development or pre-release versions of Joplin can't verify that info at a glance.

  • Users using multiple profiles (to separate work and personal notes, for example) can't see the active profile at a glance.

  • Users with many notebooks and tags who scrolled to the tag list can't see which notebook is selected without scrolling up.

  • Users can't see the active notebook, note title, tag, profile, and/or version indicators when the Joplin window isn't visible.

  • Users with a workflow that keeps the notebook panel hidden can't see the active notebook or tag. The exception is the In: Notebook button, but that only shows after using the search bar or All notes.

  • Users using the Note Tabs plugin only for breadcrumbs can use one less plugin and save screen space.

This change would make Joplin consistent with many different text and code editors. Those include, but aren't limited to VS Code, OneNote, Notepad++, and even Evernote.

While I'd appreciate native title bar path formatting, extending plugin scope to the title bar is an option. Other notebook apps like Obsidian have plugins like Active Note to Window Title for this feature.

As for the title bar format, I'd say profile name handling is missing from @Marvin's reply above. Is there anything missing or needing changes from that reply to your question?
