Sync seems to be hanging

Platform: Linux
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Joplin Version: 2.6.10

I had to do a reinstall of Ubuntu and after getting Joplin installed I seem to be having a problem syncing the data back into the new install.
I am syncing via WebDAV to pCloud with encryption turned on, this has been working fine until after this re-install of Joplin.
I've go sync running and it gets to "Fetched items: 22/50" at which point it seems to hang up and just sit there.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this may be happening?
