What issue do you have?

I get sync conflicts. I know that happens, but I wonder if perhaps Joplin could be improved to minimize that. I read that it uploads changes immediately, but only downloads on a schedule. Would it be possible for Joplin to check to see if there are changes to a document when it is being opened, and if the online copy differs, ask the user if he wants to sync it first?

There is a project in progress at the moment to integrate automatic conflict resolution for conflicts which are not on the same line of the note. Hopefully this will help to minimise conflicts. It would mean when you make a change to a note which is not up to date, within a few seconds, the incoming contents would be automatically merged into that note.
