What issue do you have?

Hello Joplin team!

I'm new to Joplin, and I'm really enjoying using the app so far. I appreciate the work you've put into it, but the sync is so slow. Has anyone else experienced slow syncing with Joplin Cloud? For example, it took around 45 minutes to sync with my phone. The same issue occurred when using the web client in Firefox or between my laptop and PC, with sync taking around an hour or more. My notes include attachments such as images and are just 35 MB in size. Is there anything I can do to speed up the sync?

Its the same for me. Appears the phone screen must be kept on to allow the sync to happen. Its not usable in its current state.

Thanks for the reply, i think i will switch to a diffrent app for now because it is not usable

Please keep in mind that unless you keep making a lot of changes regularly, it's only the first sync to be that slow, requiring the screen to stay on for a long period of time.

I have the same problem. App has to be kept alive to sync, and the proces is really slow. I use a lot of PDF's and as of now, i have no idea how to open them om my phone. Nothing happens when i try.
But thank you a bunch for Joplin, I love the possibilities it offers. Thx.
