Sync Problem with NextCloud

The below suddenly appeared when I was syncing just now. However, it was still working fine 2 hours ago. Can someone explain what this is?

Even without being technical you should consider searching the forum first. There's even a FAQ post specifically for this error because everyone comes here to ask about it, even though it's not a Joplin but Nextcloud bug:
