Error when synchronizing (Nextcloud)

Hi, one of my team members gets this error when synchronizing (this is all I could copy from the display above the "sync" button, and nothing appeared in the Sync state):

This is for Joplin 2.6, Nextcloud sync, Windows 10. What does this mean? What can I do to solve the problem and allow my colleague to sync with us again?

This is a Nextcloud bug - if you search for sync lock in this forum you'll find the info.

I saw these posts - but they were about files that were not Joplin locks, here it looks like this the json file is under locks/ so I thought it could be Joplin-related

It's still the FileLocked exception, it's just a coincidence that it happens on Joplin's own lock file.
