What issue do you have?

Hi. I’m using the lastest verison of Joplin downloaded 6/24/24 (sorry don’t have the version number). When files from windows desktop sync to Nextcloud, the file names show up looking like an MD5 hash instead of the file name. Has anyone seen this?

Yup, that is how Joplin works - FAQ | Joplin

To elaborate, the files aren't meant to be an online representation of your notes, they are meant to be a database that happens to be somewhat human readable. They feature changes and other bits of non-text data to keep your clients in sync.
