What issue do you have?

I updated to v2.14.19 and started to OCR my notes the first time. I watched the dev console ("ocr") and saw a few error lines like:

C:\Users\Isaac\App…\dist\Logger.js:221 13:24:02: OcrService: Could not process resource 21dbe7482f279efa72e7a8bd90ab2990 (type image/jpeg) TypeError: Recognition failed on: C:/Users/Isaac/.config/joplin-desktop/resources/21dbe7482f279efa72e7a8bd90ab2990.3&disp=emb&attbid=ANGjdJ-VJFLYzc5-NduQIqY25rbuMSh9eGfGd96CFcP8JWwSgYFjSktHX--ynA_nR-2Ownt1Y25fF47QFn_6iUSvnNrBm7RQJNgf-GNzjedENlSmItSJprs5AtdTvy0&sz=s0-l75-ft&ats=1658142679150&rm=1821100763c678eb&zw&atsh=1: Failed to fetch

I checked my resource folder and found about 20 files in there which have these kind of 'strange file names', see screenshot.

So is it save to just delete these files?
