Images not loading

Hello all,

when I try to insert the images in my notes. image is not loading properly.

this what I'm doing in my notes but in viewer, it only shows:

image is not loading properly. can someone please help me out? I'm new to all these things.

OS: windows 10
Joplin version: 1.7.11 (using portable version)

Even, I tried to perform debug and checked in the "console tab" there GET operation is failed with error FILE NOT FOUND but my image is available in the Joplin profile directory under the resources folder.

I read some other image loading issues in forum.., to generate a resource_id for my image. but I'm not sure how to do this?.

What do you do to add the image? Can you describe step by step.

Step 1: i copied my image file(pipenv.png) to C:\devenv\JoplinProfile\resources folder.

Step 2: In editor i typed ![image](:/pipenv)

then after in viewer I don't see my image properly.

This way it isn't going to work. You need to use Edit - Attach File to get Joplin to add it properly. Or you can also drag a file into Joplin.
