Some problems with attachment editing

When I use Joplin to edit the attachment, I found two problems

  1. the local file when editing the attached resource is not the name of uuid, why? If the notes are uuid, then, why are the attachments not?
  2. calling the /resources/watch api doesn't really listen for attachments (I see no temporary attachment files in the JoplinProfile\tmp\edited_resources directory)

These two issues are causing me to use the vscode plugin to edit attachments without actually updating them all, which is too bad.
