I just realized what made Joplin feel a little "off" to me. The sidebars (and the tab bar) doesn't have smooth scrolling. If you grab the scroll bar, no problem. It's smooth. But if you use the mouse wheel, then it scrolls in "chunks" of lines. I've tried adding scroll-behavior: smooth; but that does nothing.
To me, this seems broken. Is there a way to make the scrolling smooth? I know it's not the biggest problem in the world, but to me it makes it difficult to see what's happening in the sidebar as I scroll.
