Slow Sync on Linux + Cloud Server

Very slow sync with my desktop Linux client to my personal, joplin cloud server. It took 112s, both initially and upon resyncing. In contrast, my iOs client, v 12.12.3, syncs in a seconds or less. Note I made no changes to my Joplin client when testing the resync time. Also note, this difference in client sync times has also occurred prior to today's upgrade to server v 2.13.1.

Thoughts? Did I miss a bug report?
