Shortcut for Zoom In and Zoom Out issue

What issue do you have?

I noticed that the keyboard shortcut for zooming (CTRL+ and CTRL-) doesn't work.
It works if I use a menu, but not with the keyboard shortcut.

Seems that it works with the +, - and 0 on the top row of the keyboard but not the number pad.
