Search Question: Date Variable in Search of Body?

What issue do you have?

I know I can search the note body using "body:searchstring";
I can also search for today's due dates using "-due:day+1".

Any way I can combine this; for instance having a task in a note like

  • Do something till 20260506

and then search for matching notes with "body:-due:day+1", (thus finding notes containing today's date) but somehow that didn't work.

Any suggestions on how I might achieve this?

Added: any chance of using something like {{date}} in my search?
