What issue do you have?
I am finding scrolling in the Rich Text Editor in particular to often be so fast and sensitive to my touchpad movements that it is extremely difficult to scroll to the desired position in a document. It is much faster than scrolling in other documents (e.g. LibreOffice). I also see this behavior with Joplin on another laptop running Linux Mint.
