Inconsitent scrolling

Hi

I am using Joplin on Debian, via appimage v1.0.195

The scrolling speed is super choppy and inconsistent, sometimes it is slow sometimes it is fast during the scrolling or with the next scrolling in the same page. I believe this is introduced in v1.0.194 or 193

I am facing the same issue in v1.7.11. But only on the right side pane (markdown viewer)

This seems to be a Linux only issue. I do not have it in the Windows version.

Hi there, same issue with Joplin 2.1.8 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Only happens in the markdown view
