Saving note version with changelog

Currently, Joplin supports viewing and restoring previous note, which is very useful.

However, it does not support saving specific version of previous note as user defined title (e.g. version 1.0), and,

It would be better if user can add short memo to describe changelog of the version, then there's no need to save multiple copies of similar version of notes, which is excellent for managing documents of being updated regularly.

Note apps don't typically work on the idea of single save/change events - what you are requesting would be essentially to change the model entirely to a save event based application as if you were editing a file directly.
Note taking apps usually apply changes as they are made.
