Anybody know of a way to remove/change a block of text in all notes? The block (always at the bottom of the note) is identical in all the notes

I did this long ago in a template to keep notes looking the same across platforms but I no longer care what happens on Android. Screens are too tiny and fingers are too big to type on those useless on-screen keyboards and carrying a regular keyboard along with a phone seems a bit awkward unless I have my pockets re-tailored.
So I'd like to just remove all those style blocks. Any simple way to do this?
