Hi

If you set the configuration "Keep notes in the trash for" to 0 day, the notes will be deleted within 24 hours
Or use Shift + Del
to bypass the bin?
I am on IOS at the same time, there is no shift-del on mobile devices. It would be helpful to a version of delete that just does that I guess, like an another trash icon with full delete.
Thanks I guess that is a workaround. The issue is I use "All Notes" as my default view on all my devices, and the Trash files constantly pollute the view and makes it confusing as if my files got undeleted. This is especially an issue on IOS where I can't see where the files are coming from.
It looks like the minimum amount that can be put on retain amount is "1" on the IOS app.
I have just looked at my installs of v3.2.11 Desktop on Linux and Windows as well as v3.2.7 Mobile on Android and none of them show deleted ("Trash") items in the "All notes" view.
Are you saying that this is not the case for you with MacOS / IOS?
Could you have somehow ended up with some duplicate notes (i.e. one has been deleted but the other has not)?
Windows 10 Desktop client, Trash folder
IOS, All Notes view (after sync)
Windows 10 Desktop client, Here deleted notes that are in Trash shown in the All Notes view
Something funky going on in my view.
Version?
Win Desktop Client, 3.2.11
IOS 13.2.5
Joplin Server v2.13.3
